ISS Hockey releases their February Top 31 Rankings for the 2018 NHL Draft, with forward Barrett Hayton climbing up as he has steadily all season to land at 13. Hayton has helped the Greyhounds keep hold of their #1 spot in the Western Conference with his point-per-game pace.
