    The race for first place at the 2017 Telus Cup just got tighter as three teams are tied for the top spot.  The Leduc Oil Kings were able to hand the Mississauga Rebels their first loss of the tournament after building a healthy lead and not looking back in the first game of the day.

    The Burnaby Winter Club Academy Elite 15s took home the Canadian Sport School Hockey League (CSSHL) Elite 15s division Championship with a 6-3 win in the final game. BWC came into the postseason with a 21-5-4 record for a second place finish in the regular season.

After going undefeated in the regular season and only losing once in the final four, the Chiefs find themselves in Provincial Championships looking to capture their third Provincial banner and complete an unforgettable season putting the season accomplishments into elite status.

    B.C. Schools Shine at CSSHL Eastern Showcase

    Three B.C. teams from the CSSHL stood out in the Eastern showcase from Feb. 10 to 12 at the CIH Arena in Rockland, Ont. Midget prep teams from the Okanagan Hockey Academy (Penticton), Delta Hockey Academy (Delta) and Yale Hockey Academy (Abbotsford) all had big showings, with each of them getting their largest win on the final day.
