13th Annual Capital Mid-Season Showdown Presented by the Stittsville Rams

The Annual Capital Mid-Season Showdown presented by the Stittsville Rams is back for its 13th season.  This very popular annual tournament represents the best chance of the season for Ottawa area 'B' competitive teams (and 3rd tier teams from out of town) to compete against some great competition at the best facility for tournaments anywhere.
Whether you are new to this event, or returning as one of the over 750 participating teams from the first 12-years of this tournament, you are sure to have a blast!

Additionally, the Bell Sensplex is pleased to offer free admission for all spectators for the duration of the Capital Mid-Season Showdown.
Make sure to sign up as early as possible to avoid disappointment, as several teams do end up on the waiting list each season.
With 4 pads (3 NHL, 1 International), a full-service restaurant overlooking the tournament action, and a friendly group of staff and volunteers looking after every detail, this tournament should be your best of the year!
